Joie Pirkey
Joie Pirkey, founder of Shouts of Joy Ministries, has degrees in pastoral
studies and behavioral science from North Central University and has been in ministry for more than
20 years. She has a powerful testimony of a personal, miraculous healing
and an encounter with the Holy Spirit that changed the course of her life.
She, with her husband and three children, lives in Little Chute, Wisconsin.
Joie received a call to minister in Rwanda, Africa in November of 2004 and began Shouts
of Joy Ministries Rwanda in 2005.
