Joie Pirkey

Joie Pirkey, founder of Shouts of Joy Ministries, has a degree in pastoral studies from North Central University and has been in ministry for more   than   20   years. She    has    a    powerful

testimony of a personal, miraculous healing and an encounter with the Holy Spirit that changed the course of her life.   She, with her husband and three children, lives in Little Chute, WI.
